The gospel of Jesus Christ is the most important message. Our lives, present and future, are governed by it. This is the time God is available and reaching out to men. Consider His invitation to be reconciled while you are able.
God, creator of all things, created man into an intimate love relationship with Himself. Having given him free will and capacity, He would teach and develop him in the ways of God as he lived out a pure life.
Tempted by Satan to disobey God, Adam chose sin. In doing so, he declared independence from God and broke the relationship. Man fell into condemnation and death. Creation was cursed.
A holy, righteous God must deal with sin. So having allowed in His sovereignty, that thwarting of His original intent and its consequences, God began a work that would finally offer man a way of restoration. He brought about a long history of events and the giving of the law to the nation of Israel so man could understand God, sin, and need of a savior.
Then, in the fullness of time, God sent His Son Jesus Christ to live a blameless life as a man, suffer a brutal death to pay the penalty for the sin of all men, and pioneer the way through resurrection into the new restored humanity where there is perfect relationship with God our Father and His Son the Lord Jesus Christ, who wait in Heaven for men to receive salvation and follow in the footsteps of the Lord. God the Father desires all men to come to salvation.
Jesus declared any man can receive this free gift by faith, confessing Him as Lord in humility and repentance, to be freed from their current state of eternal condemnation. This is the only solution offered to men. Jesus, without His own sin, is the only one who could do this work.
And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)
I am the way, and the truth, and the life. (John 14:6)
if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; (Rom 10:9)
If a man receives this salvation, his sin and guilt is removed and he is restored to relationship with God and spiritual development is enabled. The Holy Spirit is given to empower the man to follow his Lord Jesus in the spiritual ways of love and life that please God in this age. He is a new creation.
The new man becomes a member of Christ's body and cooperates with the Lord to be sanctified, prepared for service to the Lord in resurrection. He eagerly watches for the promised return of the Lord when He will gather all who have prepared themselves (those alive and those awaiting resurrection in death) to usher in the coming age where Jesus is present as Lord over all the earth.
Satan, the father of lies, has been condemned. Yet God has allowed him and those under him some influence over men in this age as it suits God's purposes. Men should expect great opposition and deception against the truth, especially in these last days.
Just as with Noah and his family, they entered the ark and God shut the door before allowing the floodgates to open. This picture was given for us. God will soon shut the door of salvation and judgment will then come.
Will you enter in to the truth and reality? Will you get off the path that leads to destruction onto the path of life? Will you enter the Ark? God says what He means and means what He says. One day you will stand before Him alone and give account. Your eternity will be settled in that moment.
it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment (Heb 9:27)
God has done all things possible, in Love, for you to be restored to Him. However, he honors the free will He gave you and will let you reject Him. As an eternal being, you will spend eternity somewhere. The choice is yours.
